Native ClinVar submission path and the 4-model Multi-AI Verification System.

ClinVar: PARTIAL
MAVS: LIVE
Integration with NCBI's submission API. Preview modal showing exactly what will be submitted. Three confirmation checkboxes plus a "publicly visible" acknowledgment before submit. Submission history with SCV accession numbers and update chains.
ARIA acts as a registered organization, not on behalf of individual patients. ClinVar does not accept patient submissions — the governance model matters.
PARTIAL: preview, consent, and governance surfaces fully functional. End-to-end submission path gated on NCBI organizational registration (contact clinvar@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov), pending. Until registration completes, submissions do not reach ClinVar.
4-model verification: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, running in parallel with a structured vote router. Vote-shape classification, dissent indicators, coalition warnings. 31 deterministic check modules plus the v2 vote router.
Single-model outputs fail in consistent, predictable ways. Cross-model review catches one-model overconfidence, coalition errors, and missing domain knowledge. Used most aggressively on variant pathogenicity claims where accuracy has downstream patient-care consequences.
Research claims get reviewed. The software doesn't hide its verification.
