MyChart (Epic), Cerner, NHS, plus 11 more. OAuth-style flow. Preview-before-import on every connection. Per-portal coverage varies — some portals have extensive live-data support, others are in earlier integration stages.

GMID (Global Medication ID)

22 countries, 10 US states. Drug name → global and local identifiers. Jurisdiction availability check. Offline cache for prior lookups.

BioRender

Search the BioRender library from document generation surfaces. Figure embedding governed by BioRender's terms.

Voice

ElevenLabs for high-quality output. Web Speech API fallback is local, zero-network, sub-100 ms tap-to-speech for AAC. NVIDIA Riva planned.

Document Generation

Eight document classes: questionnaire prep sheets, Letters of Medical Necessity, phenotype reports, regulatory submissions, compliance reports, care summaries, school letters, and general documents. Orange "NOT FOR REGULATORY SUBMISSION" watermark for general; red "For Regulatory Review Only" for regulatory class. Atomic writes — partial documents never appear.

Multilingual

15 languages with country-to-language mapping. Used primarily in Foundation Hub and jurisdiction-aware GMID. Per-surface translation is in earlier stages.
